Founded by a radiologist who has worked locums himself.

Dr. James F. Wiedenhoefer is a practicing radiologist, a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and a veteran of locum tenens work. That firsthand experience showed him how unnecessary overhead and unclear compensation structures could create misalignment between physicians, staffing firms and healthcare organizations.

He built CMG around a different philosophy: efficient operations, clearer terms, thoughtful provider compensation, direct support and relationships that last beyond a single assignment.
